Questions people ask
How is this different from a contact form?
A contact form takes a quick message. This one also asks what the inquiry is about, how soon people need an answer and how they’d like you to reply, so you can decide what to answer first.
Can I change the topics and timelines?
Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: reword the options, add or delete questions, or pick another background.
Can people send documents or specs?
File uploads aren’t available. Add a link question so people can share a Google Drive or Dropbox link.
Where do inquiries go?
Every inquiry lands in your form’s Responses tab, and you can download them as a CSV.
