Questions people ask
Can customers pay through the form?
No. It takes orders, not payments. Confirm the total with each customer and take payment the way you already do, such as an invoice or a payment link.
Can I list my own products?
Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: rename the items, add prices to their names, add or delete questions, or pick another background.
How do I see all my orders?
Every order lands in your form’s Responses tab, and you can download them as a CSV to plan production and deliveries.
Does the customer get a receipt?
Not automatically. They see a thank-you message when they submit, and you confirm the order with them by email.
