Questions people ask

Why does it ask about other brands first?

That’s unaided recall: people name the brands they remember before they see yours, so the answer isn’t prompted. Keep your brand’s name out of the form’s title and welcome screen so the first question stays that way.

What happens if someone hasn’t heard of us?

Logic sends anyone who answers No straight to a short thank-you, so they aren’t asked about a brand they don’t know. You can change the rule in the editor.

Can I use my brand’s name in the questions?

Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: replace “us” with your brand’s name from the second question on, swap in your own describing words, and add or remove questions.

Where do the answers go?

Every response lands in your form’s Responses tab. Download them as a CSV to count how often each brand is recalled and each word is chosen.
