Questions people ask
Can I turn it into my own survey?
Yes. Using the template makes a draft in your workspace that you can change completely: reword the questions, change answer types, add, delete or reorder screens, and pick another background or accent color.
Which question types does it use?
A single choice, a star rating, a 1–5 scale, multiple choice, yes or no, an open answer and a short page for a name and email. Switch any of them to the type your question needs.
Can people answer anonymously?
Yes. The name and email are optional, so answers aren’t tied to a person unless they add them. Delete that page if you never want contact details.
Where do the answers go?
Each response lands in your form’s Responses tab, and you can download them all as a CSV. The Free plan includes unlimited forms and responses, within fair use.
