Questions people ask
Can people upload a screenshot?
File uploads aren’t available. The template asks for a link instead: people upload the screenshot or recording to Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the share link.
Why ask what they expected to happen?
Many reports turn out to be a gap between what someone expected and what the product does. Asking both shows whether it’s a bug, a design question or a missing feature.
Can I change the platforms and severity levels?
Yes. Using the template creates a draft you can change completely: rename the options to match your product, add a question such as the app version, or delete what you don’t need.
Where do the reports go?
Every report lands in your form’s Responses tab. Download them as a CSV to sort by severity or move them into your issue tracker.
