Questions people ask
Can I change the request types and priorities?
Yes. Using the template creates a draft you can change completely: rename the request types and priorities, add questions, or delete the ones you don’t need.
Can people attach files?
File uploads aren’t available. The template asks for a link instead, so people can share a file from Google Drive or Dropbox.
Where do requests go?
Every request lands in your form’s Responses tab. Download them as a CSV to sort by priority or deadline in a spreadsheet.
Will people get a confirmation?
They see your thank-you message when they submit. The form doesn’t send emails to respondents, so reply from your own inbox when you pick a request up.
