Questions people ask
What is a customer effort score?
It measures how easy it was for someone to get help, here from 1 (very difficult) to 5 (very easy). Track the average over time: a rising score means getting help is getting easier.
Why does the next question change?
The template uses logic: if someone’s problem isn’t solved, it asks what’s still wrong and offers an optional email so you can pick it back up. Everyone else skips ahead. You can change the rules in the editor.
Can I add a ticket number or the agent’s name?
Yes. Using the template creates a draft you can change completely: add questions, reword the ones here, or delete what you don’t need.
Is it anonymous?
The template only asks for an email when a problem isn’t solved, and that’s optional, so answers aren’t tied to a name unless people add one.
