Questions people ask
How do I add my own courses?
Using the template creates a draft you can change completely. Replace the sample course names in the first question with your own, or delete that question if the form is for one course.
Is it anonymous?
The template doesn’t ask for names or emails, so answers aren’t tied to a student unless you add a question that asks.
Can I compare results across courses?
Yes. Every response records the course chosen, so you can download the responses as a CSV and filter or average the scores by course.
How do students fill it in?
Share the form’s link by email or on your course page. It shows one question per screen and works on phones.
