Questions people ask

Can I change the year groups?

Yes. Using the template creates a draft you can change completely: swap the year groups for grades or programs, reword the questions, or delete what you don’t need.

Is the survey anonymous?

The template doesn’t ask for a name, email or student number, so answers aren’t tied to a student unless you add a question that asks.

How do I compare satisfaction by year group?

Download the responses as a CSV and filter by the year question. Each 1–5 answer is a number, so you can average teaching, facilities, support and belonging for each group.

How do students fill it in?

Share the form’s link by email or on your student portal. It shows one question per screen and works on phones.
