Questions people ask

Can I change the plans?

Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: rename the plans, add prices to their names, or add and delete questions.

Where do I put my terms?

Add a link to them in the agreement question’s description, or add a statement screen with the key points just before it.

Is the agreement a legal signature?

No. It records each person’s Yes or No to your terms, but it isn’t a legally binding e-signature.

Can members pay through the form?

No. Forms don’t take payments, so take the first payment at the front desk or through the system you already use.
