Questions people ask
Why is the consent question required?
So every sign-up gives you a clear yes or no to emails. Neither answer is pre-selected, and you can see each person’s choice in the Responses tab before you add them to your list.
How do I get sign-ups into my email tool?
Download your responses as a CSV from the form’s Responses tab, then import the file into the email tool you use.
Can I change the topics?
Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: rename the topics, add or delete questions, or pick another background.
