Questions people ask

When should I send it?

Right after sign-up, while the first steps are fresh. Ribbit doesn’t email it for you, so put the link in your own welcome email or on the screen people see after they create an account.

Why does it ask for the email people signed up with?

The form is answered by link, so the email is how you match answers to accounts. It’s optional; delete it if you don’t need to match them.

What happens if setup was hard?

Anyone who rates setup 1 or 2 is asked what made it difficult; everyone else skips that question. You can change the rule in the editor.

Can I change the questions?

Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: rename the roles to match your customers, add a question about the tools they use today, or remove what you don’t need.
