Questions people ask
Where do I add the date and the place?
Reword the welcome screen to name the event, the date and the place. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely, so you can also add or delete questions.
What happens when someone says no?
The template asks for their name first, so you always know who replied. Then it uses logic: a No ends the form right away with a short “Sorry you can’t make it” message, and a Yes goes on to guests and dietary needs.
Will guests get a confirmation email?
Not automatically. Every reply lands in your form’s Responses tab, where you can count guests and download the list as a CSV.
Can I sell tickets with it?
No. Forms don’t take payments, so the template suits free events, or ones where you handle payment elsewhere.
