Questions people ask
Is it really anonymous?
The only question that identifies anyone is the optional name, so answers aren’t tied to a name unless people add one. Delete the name question if you never want to know.
Can I change the areas?
Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: rename the areas, add questions or reword anything to fit your team.
Can people attach a photo or a document?
File uploads aren’t available. Add a link question and ask people to share a Google Drive or Dropbox link instead.
Where do the suggestions go?
Every suggestion lands in your form’s Responses tab, and you can download them as a CSV to sort and share.
