Questions people ask
Can I list my own features?
Yes. Replace the options in “Which features do you use?” with your own, and change anything else you like: the wording, the answer types or the order of questions.
How does the call question work?
It uses logic: people who say no skip the email question and see their own thank-you message, and people who say yes are asked for an email so you can set up the call. The form doesn’t send that email for you.
How often should I send it?
Once a quarter, or after a major release, works well. Download the responses as a CSV each time to compare how the answers change.
Is it free?
Yes. Logic, unlimited responses (fair use) and CSV export are all on the Free plan.
