Questions people ask
Can I change the questions?
Yes. Using the template makes a draft in your workspace that you can change completely: reword questions, swap answer types, add or delete questions, or change the logic.
Can people leave feedback anonymously?
Yes. The form only asks for a name and email when someone wants a reply, so answers aren’t tied to a name unless people add one.
Does the form reply to people automatically?
No. Ribbit doesn’t send emails to respondents. When someone asks for a reply, their email is in the response so you can write back yourself.
Where do I read the feedback?
Every submission lands in your form’s Responses tab, and you can download them all as a CSV.
