Questions people ask
How do I turn the answers into a training plan?
Download the responses as a CSV and count which skills come up most, then match them to the formats and time people chose. The open question tells you which gaps hurt most.
Can I list our own courses?
Yes. Use the template and it becomes a draft you can change completely: replace the skills with your course catalog, add role-specific options, or delete what you don’t need.
Is it anonymous?
It doesn’t ask for names, only an optional role, so answers aren’t tied to a person. Add a name question if you want to follow up one-on-one.
