Questions people ask
What is eNPS?
Employee Net Promoter Score comes from the first question. People who answer 9–10 are promoters, 7–8 passives and 0–6 detractors. eNPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors, so it runs from −100 to 100.
Is the survey anonymous?
It doesn’t ask who people are, so answers aren’t tied to a name unless someone writes one in. In a small team, a mix of answers like tenure can still hint at who said what, so report results for groups, not individuals.
Can I use it as an engagement survey?
Yes. Use the template and it becomes a draft you can change completely: add questions on purpose, belonging or benefits, reword the scales, or delete what you don’t need.
Where do the results go?
Every response lands in your form’s Responses tab. Download a CSV to work out eNPS and average each scale in a spreadsheet.
