Questions people ask
What is a CSAT score?
Customer satisfaction score: the percentage of people who answer 4 or 5 on the first question. Count the 4s and 5s, divide by the number of answers and multiply by 100.
Why does the second question change?
The template uses logic: scores of 1–3 are asked what we could have done better, and scores of 4–5 what we got right. You can change the rules in the editor.
Can I rate different things?
Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: swap quality or value for what matters to you, reword questions, or add and delete them.
Can customers answer anonymously?
Yes. The email question is optional, so answers aren’t tied to a name unless people add one.
