Questions people ask

What is a Net Promoter Score?

People rate how likely they are to recommend you from 0 to 10. 9–10 are promoters, 7–8 passives and 0–6 detractors; the score is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors.

Why does the next question change?

The template uses logic: low scores are asked what would make it better, high scores what they like most, and the middle the main reason. You can change the rules in the editor.

Can people answer anonymously?

Yes. The email question is optional. Delete it if you never want contact details.
