Questions people ask
Is it anonymous?
The form doesn’t ask who people are, and the email question is optional, so answers aren’t tied to a name unless someone adds one. In a small team, people may still be recognizable from what they write, so share results as themes rather than quotes.
Can I add a question about teams or locations?
Yes. Use the template and it becomes a draft you can change completely. A team question helps you spot patterns, but in small groups it makes answers easier to trace, so keep it optional.
Where do the answers go?
Every response lands in your form’s Responses tab, and you can download them as a CSV. Share the link in your team chat or handbook so people can use it whenever something comes up.
