Questions people ask

How often should I send a pulse survey?

Weekly or every two weeks works for most teams. Keep the questions the same each time so you can compare the results from one week to the next.

Is it anonymous?

The survey doesn’t ask who people are, so answers aren’t tied to a name. In a very small team, a written answer can still give someone away, so share themes rather than quotes.

Can I swap the questions?

Yes. Use the template and it becomes a draft you can change completely: replace a scale with one on recognition or well-being, change the labels, or add a one-off question when something big changes.

Where do the answers go?

Every response lands in your form’s Responses tab, and you can download them as a CSV to chart the trend.
