Questions people ask
How do I list our own open roles?
Use the template and it becomes a draft you can change completely: edit the role list to match your openings, reword any question, or delete what you don’t need.
Can applicants upload a CV?
File uploads aren’t available. The template asks for a link instead, so people can share a CV from Google Drive or Dropbox, or point you to their LinkedIn profile.
Why ask about work authorization?
It saves you and the applicant time when a role can’t offer visa sponsorship, and it’s asked the same way of everyone. Hiring rules differ by country, so check what applies where you hire, and reword or delete it if needed.
Where do applications go?
Each application lands in your form’s Responses tab. Download them as a CSV to sort by role or share with whoever is hiring.
