Questions people ask
Can I change the roles and times?
Yes. Use the template and it becomes a draft you can change completely: rename the areas to match your projects, change the availability options, or add and delete questions.
Do volunteers have to give an emergency contact?
No. Both emergency contact questions are optional. Make them required in the editor if you need them before anyone starts.
Can I use it for volunteer feedback instead?
Yes, with a few edits. Swap the availability and interest questions for rating and open questions about how it went, and leave out the contact details so people can answer frankly.
Where do the applications go?
Every application lands in your form’s Responses tab. Download them as a CSV to sort volunteers by availability or area.
