Questions people ask
Can shoppers attach receipts or photos?
File uploads aren’t available. Add a link question and ask shoppers to share a Google Drive or Dropbox link to their receipt or photos.
Can I add my own checks?
Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: add yes-or-no checks for your own standards, change the scales or reorder the questions.
Does it calculate a score for each visit?
No. Scoring isn’t available. Download the responses as a CSV and total the checks in a spreadsheet.
Can shoppers fill it in on their phone?
Yes. It shows one question per screen and works on phones, so shoppers can report as soon as they leave.
