Questions people ask

Why don’t takeout customers see every question?

The template uses logic: takeout and delivery customers skip the atmosphere question and go straight to the food. You can change the rule in the editor.

How do I get it in front of diners?

Share the form’s link on receipts, menus or table cards, or send it after an online order. It shows one question per screen and works on phones.

Can I change the questions?

Yes. Using the template makes a draft you can change completely: add a question about a new dish, rename the options or delete what you don’t need.

Do diners have to give their name?

No. The template doesn’t ask who they are, so answers aren’t tied to a name unless you add a question that asks.
