The verdict

Verdict

Ribbit Pro gives you branding removal, a subdomain of your own, drop-off analytics and you plus 3 teammates for $240 a year. Typeform needs Plus ($56 a month billed yearly) to remove its branding and Business ($91 a month billed yearly) for drop-off analytics. Billed yearly, Ribbit Pro is $240 a year ($20 a month). Typeform’s plan cards show rounded per-month figures, $56 a month for Plus billed yearly, and its yearly charge is a little under 12 times that, so we say Ribbit costs over $420 a year less rather than give an exact total. Right now Ribbit’s first year is $150 with the early-bird price, applied automatically, then $240 a year: over $510 less in your first year. See pricing.

Where Ribbit wins

Ribbit wins on what the free plan includes and on what Pro costs.

  • Unlimited free responses. Ribbit’s free plan has unlimited forms and responses under fair use; Typeform’s free plan allows 10 responses a month across all your forms. See what the free plan includes.
  • Logic and endings on every plan. Jump rules, up to 10 endings and a Flow board that maps every path are free. See them in the NPS survey template, or read how conditional logic works.
  • One paid plan with it all. Pro includes branding removal, a subdomain of your own, drop-off for every question, partial answers and you plus 3 teammates for $240 a year. Typeform keeps drop-off analytics for Business ($91 a month billed yearly) and your own domain for Enterprise.
  • No response tiers. Pro has unlimited responses under fair use, where Typeform’s Basic, Plus and Business plans include 100, 1,000 and 10,000 responses a month.

How Ribbit’s AI drafting works

Both build a form from a prompt. Ribbit’s AI draft is built to be edited by hand: the AI tab makes one change at a time and marks the question it touched.

Describe the form in one sentence (see how to write a form prompt) and AI drafts the questions and picks answer types. Then you edit directly. The AI can also set the title, accent colour, font, button text, Ending 1’s message and a close date; logic, extra endings, your logo and the badge stay in your hands.

The free plan includes 5 AI generations a day and 50 a month (the first draft and each AI-tab change count); Pro has no cap. You can also skip AI and start from one of 52 templates, such as the lead capture form.

Who Ribbit suits

Ribbit is built for forms that ask good questions, branch on the answers and end well. It suits you if:

  • you want one-question-per-screen forms with branching and up to 10 endings, without paying for logic;
  • you expect more than 100 responses a month and don’t want response tiers;
  • you want your logo, or no badge, and a subdomain like forms.yourcompany.com, without an enterprise plan;
  • up to four people build forms together;
  • you’d rather start from an AI draft and finish it by hand than from a blank page.

About this comparison

We read Typeform’s pricing and AI pages on 23 October 2026 and used only what they state; we didn’t run tests or benchmarks. The free plan’s 10 responses a month is from Typeform’s help centre, checked on 25 October 2026, and a Typeform staff reply on its community forum (2 September 2024) says the same. Typeform’s pricing page also shows an older, lower set of prices in one block; this page uses the prices on its plan cards. Where Typeform’s sources disagree, as on logic in its free plan, we say so. Ribbit is our product; its details come from the product itself.

Questions people ask

Is Ribbit cheaper than Typeform?

Yes. As of October 2026, Ribbit Pro is $29 a month, or $240 a year ($20 a month) billed yearly, and Typeform Plus, the plan that removes Typeform’s branding, is $79 a month, or $56 a month billed yearly: over $420 a year less. Even Typeform Basic, which keeps Typeform’s branding and includes 100 responses a month, is $39 a month, or $28 a month billed yearly.

How many responses does Typeform’s free plan allow?

10 a month, shared across all the forms on your account, according to Typeform’s help centre (opens in a new tab). Ribbit’s free plan has unlimited forms and responses under fair use.

Does Ribbit show one question per screen like Typeform?

Yes. Respondents see one question per screen, with a progress bar, on any phone or computer, and need no account. Multi-question pages are there when you want several questions on one screen.

Does Ribbit have conditional logic like Typeform?

Yes. Jump rules and up to 10 endings are free on every Ribbit plan, with a Flow board that maps every path. Each rule sends people to a later question or an ending based on one answer; Ribbit routes people rather than scoring them.

Can Ribbit take payments, file uploads or connect to other apps?

Not yet: Ribbit has no payment or file-upload questions or native integrations today, and file uploads and more integrations are on its roadmap. Every response lands in a table you can export to CSV, and Pro sends each completed response to a signed webhook.

Can I import my Typeform forms into Ribbit?

There’s no importer, so rebuild the form from a one-sentence description: AI drafts the questions, then you edit the draft and add logic by hand. You can also start from one of 52 templates.
