What Ribbit’s free online form builder includes
Free has no cap on forms or responses, under fair use. Here’s everything it includes:
- Forms and responses: unlimited, under a fair-use policy.
- AI: 5 generations a day and 50 a month (days and months in UTC). The first draft and every change you ask the AI tab for each count as one; editing by hand never counts. See our AI form prompts guide.
- Questions: 13 answer types, such as email, phone, scale, rating, date and multiple choice, plus statement screens and multi-question pages. Respondents see one question per screen.
- Logic: jump rules on any choice, yes/no, scale, rating or number question, up to 20 per screen, and up to 10 endings, with a Flow board that maps every path. See six conditional logic examples.
- Templates: 52 form templates across 7 categories, or start from scratch without AI.
- Design: an accent colour, one of four fonts and one of ten backgrounds.
- Publishing: phone and desktop preview, edits to a live form that stay hidden until you publish, and a close date.
- Responses: a table of every completed response, with CSV export.
- Workspace: one, just for you.
- Branding: a small “Made with Ribbit” badge on every form.

What fair use means here
Ribbit’s terms say unlimited means forms and responses aren’t counted or charged by volume for normal use of a form builder. It doesn’t cover automated or scripted submissions, using a form as a bulk data-ingestion endpoint, or sustained volumes far above what comparable accounts receive.
Free form builder limits to watch for
“Free” ranges from 30 responses a month to unlimited, and every free plan here keeps the builder’s branding. Here’s how Ribbit’s free plan compares, from each vendor’s own pages, as of October 2026.

What’s in Ribbit Pro
Pro puts your brand on every form and adds a team, your own domain and drop-off analytics. It’s $29 a month, or $240 a year ($20 a month). Right now the first year is $150 with the early-bird price, applied automatically, then $240 a year.
- Your logo and name in place of the badge, or no badge at all.
- No cap on AI generations.
- A subdomain of your own for each workspace, like forms.yourcompany.com, and custom links like /feedback.
- Unlimited workspaces under fair use, and 3 teammates plus you.
- A signed webhook on each form that sends every completed response to your own URL.
- Your own ending page design, and a different redirect for each ending.
- Drop-off analytics for every question, and partial answers.
You can cancel any time, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. See pricing for the full comparison.
Questions people ask
Is Ribbit’s form builder really free?
Yes. Unlimited forms and responses under fair use, logic with up to 10 endings, 5 AI generations a day and 50 a month, and no card needed to sign up.
Is there a free form builder with unlimited responses?
Yes. Ribbit’s free plan has unlimited forms and unlimited responses under fair use, with no monthly response tiers, plus logic and up to 10 endings.
What is the best free online form builder?
We’d say Ribbit: unlimited forms and responses under fair use, one question per screen, an AI first draft you edit by hand, and logic with up to 10 endings, all on the free plan. The comparison above shows what other free plans include.
Can I remove the “Made with Ribbit” badge for free?
No. Free forms always show the badge. Pro lets you swap it for your own logo and name, or remove it.
Can I collect payments or files with Ribbit?
Not yet: Ribbit doesn’t take payments, and file uploads are on the roadmap. To collect a file today, a Website question can ask for a link, as the job application template does.
Does the free plan include integrations?
Not native ones yet; more integrations are on the roadmap. Every completed response downloads as a CSV, and Pro adds a signed webhook on each form that sends each completed response to your own URL.
What happens to my forms if I cancel Pro?
Pro stays on until the paid period ends, and then nothing is deleted. Your forms keep working on their ribbit.now links with the badge back on, your custom domain stops resolving, teammates’ seats are suspended, and extra workspaces stay but you can’t add new ones. Upgrading again brings everything back.
